I am equally comfortable with more contemporary therapy approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy. My professional approach is to provide support and practical feedback in the therapeutic relationship with my clients.
I help clients effectively address personal life challenges.I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with couples & individual clients to help them build on their strengths.
At the beginning of our work together, I will help you identify what you want help with, examine areas in your life in which you would like to change, and identify the patterns in your life that are no longer helpful to you.
We will check in often to make sure we’re headed in the right direction, progressing towards your goals and attaining the personal growth you desire.
